2025 國立中正大學泰國國際志工團

計畫簡介

2025 偶遇清萊是一個為期 25 天的教育服務計畫,深耕於泰北地區五所僑校,回應當地師資不足與資源缺乏的挑戰。我們的核心目標是營造全華語文學習環 境,結合多元主題及實作的課程設計,引起學童主動學習華語文的興趣,並結 合數位科技與文化交流,陪伴學童拓展視野。在課程設計上,我們從基礎聽說 讀寫到文章賞析、口語表達,逐步提升學生的華語能力;同時加入程式設計、 AI應用與辦公軟體等數位課程,培養未來所需的軟實力。我們也引導學生進行 職涯探索,並結合自然科學、環境議題及聯合國永續發展目標,幫助他們發覺 自身興趣並與世界接軌。文化交流方面,團隊將臺灣布袋戲與故宮文物帶入課堂,讓他們體會到中華文化的美,並帶領學生進行在地田野調查,挖掘家鄉故事拍攝成影片,並透過數位遠距離課程串聯臺灣與泰北學生,分享比次家鄉,鼓勵他們跨文化表達與互動。除了服務學生,我們亦重視與教師的交流,藉由訪談理解教育現況與需求,並引入中正大學清江數位學習中心的線上資源及相關教學平台,協助提升教師知能與豐富教學設計。我們希望透過正體華語文與資訊教育的結合,為泰北學子打造堅實的學習基礎,讓教育的力量延續,為未來創造更多可能。

服務成果

我們進入滿星疊大同中學、漂排中興中學、帕黨培英中學、雲南會館附屬華雲 學校、清邁慈濟學校,投入122小時課程服務,捲動1,484名師生參與,並向財團法人華碩文教基金會募集11筆電、4台投影機、40個滑鼠及20個鍵盤,協助建置完整的資訊設備系統,改善當地學校資源不足的現況。課程內容結合正體華語、資訊教育與文化交流,讓學生在語文表達、數位應用與跨文化理解上均有顯著提升。他們不僅能以中文進行演講與詩詞創作,還掌握Google Site Scratch等數位技能,並完成布袋戲偶、臉譜及影片的創意作品。此外,我們將SDGs與環境議題融入課程,帶領學生拓展世界觀,同時引導他們進行職涯探索與自我表達。透過此次服務,學生勇於使用華語表達自我,更進一步了解家鄉與中華文化,也養成良好的資訊運用能力,並對未來學習與職涯規劃建立方向。

未來展望

未來將針對師生需求,規劃數位技能培訓與檢定導向課程,並持續推動自然科學、文化、環保與生涯探索等多元主題,讓華語學習更具實用與趣味。同時加強數位遠距離課程,延續課程規劃。資源方面,除持續募捐設備外,也將結合教師培訓,提升硬體運用效益,期望透過課程深化、資源支持與交流,帶來長遠而有意義的成效。

“When Puppets Met Chiang Rai 2025” is a 25-day educational service program in five overseas Chinese schools in Northern Thailand, addressing teacher shortages and limited resources by creating a full Mandarin-learning environment. Our curriculum builds students’ Mandarin proficiency step by step, while integrating digital literacy, AI, and career exploration linked to the SDGs. Through Taiwanese puppet theater, National Palace Museum artifacts, and local field research turned into short films, students experience both Chinese culture and their hometown stories. Distance learning further connects peers in Taiwan and Thailand. We also support teachers with resources from the Qingjiang Digital Learning Center to strengthen instructional design. By combining Traditional Chinese education and technology, we aim to empower students with lasting skills and global vision.

We delivered 122 hours of servicelearning courses across five partner schools in Thailand, engaging 1,484 teachers and students. With support from the ASUS Foundation, we provided 11 laptops, 4 projectors, 40 mice, and 20 keyboards, enhancing local schools’ digital infrastructure. Our curriculum combined Traditional Chinese language, digital literacy, and cultural exchange, enabling students to improve in self-expression, technology use, and cross-cultural understanding. They created speeches, poetry, websites, Scratch projects, puppets, masks, and videos. By integrating SDGs, environmental issues, and career exploration, the program empowered students to express themselves in Chinese, appreciate cultural heritage, and develop clearer future learning and career goals.

In the future, we will address the needs of both students and teachers by planning digital skill training and exam-oriented courses, while continuing to promote diverse subjects such as natural sciences, culture, environmental issues, and career exploration to make Mandarin learning more practical and engaging. At the same time, we will strengthen digital distance learning to extend curriculum impact. In terms of resources, we will not only continue fundraising for equipment but also combine it with teacher training to improve the effective use of hardware. Through deeper curricula, resource support, and ongoing exchange, we aim to bring lasting and meaningful outcomes.
