【計畫簡介】
「帆隨風起,智遠逐夢」為教育部青年發展署指導、元智大學主辦之泰北國際志工計畫。團隊前往泰國清萊府滿星疊大同中學,透過語言教育、數位技能、美感教育與永續課程,協助學生拓展視野、增進學習機會,並結合跨領域專長與文化交流,為當地注入新動能。
【服務成果】
志工計畫共累計超過100小時教學,舉辦15場課程與活動,觸及學生1633人次。

語言教育:規劃循序英文課程,從發音、單字到會話,並以歌唱比賽展現成果,提升自信。

科技教育:《AI詠唱師》與《邏輯與創意的碰撞》課程,教授 Excel、PPT與AI工具,學生完成個人作品並建立學習興趣。

美感與環境教育:《神奇蝶豆花》結合科學與色彩,《紙然發芽》帶領手作回收紙盆栽,培養永續意識。

文化交流:《吃吃喝喝玩台灣》以闖關遊戲認識台灣文化,《帶你走進我的學校》讓學生用中文介紹家鄉。

藝術廊道:與學生共同彩繪海洋壁畫並標註英文字彙,美化校園並營造學習氛圍。
【未來展望】
未來將持續推動美感教育與永續理念,彩繪議題擴展至森林保護、水資源與氣候變遷,並鼓勵使用再生資源。課程設計將強化跨領域整合與生活應用,並與當地教師合作共備,提升教學品質。志工團隊將秉持「深入在地、回應需求、陪伴成長」的精神,持續推動具溫度與影響力的教育服務。
Project Introduction
“Set Sail with the Wind, Wisdom Pursues the Dream” is an international volunteer program in Northern Thailand, guided by the Youth Development Administration and organized by Yuan Ze University. The team served at Manting High School in Chiang Rai through language, digital skills, aesthetics, and sustainability education, combining interdisciplinary expertise and cultural exchange to inspire local students.
Service Outcomes
The program accumulated 100+ teaching hours, 15 activities, and reached 1,633 participants.

Language: Progressive English curriculum from phonics to conversation; an English singing contest boosted confidence.

Technology: Courses such as “AI Chant Master” introduced Excel, PPT, and AI tools; students completed small projects, sparking interest.

Aesthetics & Sustainability: “Magical Butterfly Pea Flower” combined science and art; “Paper Sprout” used recycled paper for planting pots to raise environmental awareness.

Cultural Exchange: “Eat, Drink, and Play Taiwan” introduced Taiwanese culture; “Take You into My School” encouraged Chinese self-introductions.

Art Corridor: Volunteers and students painted an ocean-themed mural with English terms, beautifying the campus and enhancing pride.
Future Prospects
The team will integrate aesthetics with sustainability, expand mural themes to forests, water, and climate issues, and encourage resource reuse. Courses will enhance interdisciplinary design and practical application while collaborating with local teachers. Future teams will emphasize “immersion, response, and companionship” to create impactful, sustainable education services.
